Our San Jose headquarters and warehouse receives weekly ocean shipments from China, and ships within the United States. We offer scheduled orders with San Jose safety stock held to cover unexpected demand spikes. With key customers we offer KanBan service; in its most ideal form, the customer gives us access to their consumption rates and inventory levels, and Sicon takes over all ordering, production planning, inventory control and shipment release to the customer. For the customer perspective, the material is simply there when they need it and with little to no oversight on their part.

For shipments to other world regions or for air freight shipments to the US, our Hong Kong freight operations can handle whatever is asked of them. We regularly ship to many European countries, South America, Japan and elsewhere, both by consolidated ocean freight and by air freight.
